Welcome to Jewel Leigh Bows! Our CEO, Nikki Garcia, established this company in February of 2022. She was inspired by her daughters Naomi and Chloe. She wanted them to feel ECB (empowered, confident, and beautiful). Hair accessories are a way to express ourself and finding the perfect hair bow for an outfit can really boost our confidence.
